What is the store currency?

Our store currency is in SGD by default. Payment can be made via Credit Card and they will be charged at SGD forex rate.

I can’t find a product / the product I’m looking for is out of stocks. Can I back order an item?

Email us the items that you’d like to enquire and we will source for you. Due to the rare and limited quantities produced for some of the items, while we cannot guarantee when the items will be made available, we will keep an open enquiry and would be able to notify you when it is made available. For items that is temporarily out of stocks, our team will notify you once it is back in stocks.

Has my order gone through successfully?

Once the order has been placed, a confirmation email with details of your order will be sent out. It will indicate your shipping address, items ordered as well as the order number. If you have been charged for an order but have not received a confirmation email, get in touch with us. Do ensure that you have checked your junk mail folder earlier.

How do I track my orders or delivery status?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. There may be some delay in between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day.
