We always aim to deliver all orders within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery. Factors such as holiday peak seasons, custom processing, natural calamities and others are unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.

Our team monitors all orders and will track and trace for you in cases such as delays. When making the order, please indicate both email address and a working contact number for couriers to get in touch with you smoothly. As most of our orders are delivered through a registered courier, we are not able to process orders that are addressed to PO Box.


We offer free shipping (min. purchase of $20) to any street address in Singapore, except restricted areas such as Jurong Island and Tuas Link. All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Do contact us should you need any items urgently. Our team will pull all stops and try our best to assist.

For small packages that are able to fit into the mail box, it will be sent out through normal mail.


All international orders will be sent using carefully selected courier partners. Tracking numbers will be provided, and delivery period would normally take between 5 to 18 working days* on average. Do consider an additional 1-2 days for the preparation of your orders.

Any duty and taxes payable are to be paid by customers.

*For delivery to Indonesia, all orders will be sent out the following Wednesday.

Customers are able to place an order online and pick up the orders at our store in Chinatown.

For overseas customers making plans to travel to Singapore, you can make payment at any time and upon checkout, select SELF COLLECTION.
Our team will reserve your items until your visit here in Singapore.
