Returns Procedure & Policies

Tintin Singapore is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. You may return your purchase or make product exchange within 30 days of receipt, with original packing and in the same condition that you received it.

  1. Email info.tintin@gmail.com or call/Whatsapp us at +65 81832210 with your invoice number
  1. If item is wrongly sent or defective, we will make arrangement for the pre-paid return and a replacement for the same product. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
  1. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery, with proof of photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  1. For product exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your new merchandise as well as returning back the exchanged product. Additionally, if there is a difference in the price of the merchandise being exchanged, you will be responsible for that cost as well.
  1. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will refund your payment process. If your order is shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you.

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
